Can I use free EA permanently?

Can I download a free EA from MQL5 and use it permanently on MT4/MT5, even if the author removes it from MQL5 or if it no longer exists on MQL5 for some reason?
 
  • If it is about MQL5 Market so you can use it as long as activations are available (even of the product was removed from the Market).
  • As to CodeBase so the source codes were uploaded to CodeBase and you can use them as logn as you want (without any acticvations counting for example).
 
It's easier to be more certain if you have the code. Otherwise there could be a hidden "limited time to use" coded in the initializer that you don't know about.
