EAs won't load onto charts after latest Meta Quotes updates. Ideas?

Anyone? 

Its aggravating. The EAs (I had a developer create) worked fine before the latest Meta Quotes updates. Now they won't even drag and drop to the charts 

Has anyone else had this issue?

It is necessary to recompile the source code, only then can these programs work in new versions of MetaTrader 4.
