Can´t upload picture

Is this a bug in the profile page?
When i try to upload a picture it says please wait... and it stays there for hours!

Avatar(or photo) must be 60x60 pixels. Also may be you need reload the site'editor (Ctrl+F5)

I try to upload a pic but it just hang "Please, wait.."
Picture is in 60x60

I guess its a bug.
