Trade copier issue with IP address.

MQL5 VPS is Metatrader in cloud (mean: no any IP address is provided; and no remote desktop connection).

Hi,
I have been unable to use a trade copier EA I bought (recognises only static IP addresses...my error) as I have to use mobile broadband/dynamic IP address due to living rurally with no fixed phone line.
The trade copier company says I should use a VPS and wonder if MLQ5 VPS would be ok..... the company is unsure if their EA will work and suggested " It has to be a VPS you can log into like a Windows one ".
If MLQ5 VPS provides me with an unchanged static IP address then this should work for me.... should it not????
