Why are dll files are not allowed for the championship?
This to me is very strange as I am not interested sharing my source code and ex4 files.

Dll is forbidden on reasons of safety.
Why are not ex4 files forbidden as well?

ex4 can be controlled by client terminal, dlls cannot
