unable to start meta trader 4 , it gives me these error on second load of MT4, "entry point not found" The procedure entry

After installed the MT4, i was able to start it first time, and when i logged in using my account name and password, and i can NOT access market, so i decided to restart MT4.
Then it wont start anymore.
It gives me few errors:"
terminal.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point o_ultoa_s could not be located in the dynamic link library c:\\Windows\System32\CRYPT32.dll.
The procedure entry point memset could not be located in the dynamic link library c:\\Windows\System32\msvcp_win.dll
The procedure entry point memset could not be located in the dynamic link library c:\\Windows\System32\gdi32full.dll
The procedure entry point memmove could not be located in the dynamic link library c:\\Windows\System32\WINHTTP.dll
