No mt4/Mt5 Connection and the mql homepage is not loading

Hello

I lost the connection with my metatraders and everytime I try to login there comes Anmeldung fehlgeschlagen Which means login failed. 

When I try to open the mql homepage a only text kind of  website loads up. I will attach the Pictures
