Boom and crash indicator

My indicator is plotting many arrows before the spikes how can I reduce the arrows  on meta metaeditor 5

It seems this indicator was not meant to be used with crash and boom. It probably uses a threshold of RSI and draw arrows when above 70 and below 30, or something like that.

Crash and Boom works very differently from forex or other common indexes.
