It's like this. The tester (and the debugger) takes the values of the input variables from the tab "inputs" of the tester window.

It's not a problem, it's a wanted behaviour.

If you want your inputs to be set to their default values, right click on inputs tab and click on "Default".

That that forced the update in the Strategy Tester to the new input variable values in the EA that were changed and recompiled.
