MetaEditor "Help tab" fonts too large

I am trying to use the Help tab in MetaEditor, but the displayed fonts are SO large that I simply am unable to effectively read what's being displayed. Even a single word is so large as to be almost unrecognisable.

If I select any item in the Navigator and view it in the Help tab, it seems to depend on some sort of very broken HTML. I'm unable to make any change in the font size, nor can the technical support for my broker fix it either, so they think the problem lies with my installation somehow. I use Mozilla Firefox as a default browser

Can someone PLEASE help me fix this problem? I can't consult the necessary information for the functions I need while things are this way.
 
Press Ctrl + roll mouse wheel.
 

 GO TO TOOLS 

and select option , there you can find the font adjustment
