Indicator not installing

Why the paid indicator done want to install on the system? Is there a setting I am missing perhaps?
First make sure that you are logged into your MQL5 account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community with your loekie login and NOT your email or any other and then go to the Terminal window >> Market tab >> Purchased in MT4 or in the Navigator window >> Market >> My Purchases in MT5 ro install your purchase.
