You can use several terminals, but keep in mind that you will have to distribute correctly the number of cores used in each terminal as well as keep an eye on the RAM memory and how it influences it.

The right thing to do is as Eleni said; use only one terminal and all the computational power so that the test will be over soon and you can move on to the next test quickly.

Spreading the resources over several terminals is not a good idea, but it is possible if that is what you want to know.

You can test them individually, then run each "winner" in a single backtest and merge the trade histories in an EXCEL file. Now you can start calculating the relevant statistical figures.
 
It's not possible to backtest multiple EA at the same time, but there are 3rd party softwares that can merge multiple backtests reports, providing an overall portfolio point of view.
