nothing. have no sound on my terminal for alerts and open and close positions.

i check everything like checked notification settings and...   and reinstall mt5 multiple times but nothing. 

i already have mt4 and it have sound perfectly but mt5 not.

You can try to uninstall it then when you re install it try run as administrator account 

Right click the exe file and choose run as administrator

So . You may also try tondelete the apps. Clean it using ccleaner. And try install using administrator
