Is this your first Broker and first MT4?
If Yes - try to disable your firewall/antivirus.

 

As I use Apple, I newly use Paralell Desktop on Windows (server) so I can switch between Apple system en Windows on my MacBook and hoped for a more stable performance of MT4. 

I just switched of the Firewall and Antivirus, unfortunately still not able to connect. 

 

Understood. Running Metatrader on iOS can be challenging indeed. It takes a 'hands-on' approach.

Find programme engineer.
