MT4 VPS allows DLL import?

I was trying the free trial period and wanted to host an EA which needed DLL import. I got the message that such EAs cannot function in MT4 VPS server.

Is there a way to resolve this?

There are 2 ways only
1. Use different VPS (or upgrade the plan on current).
2. Modify EA to not request import/access DLL.

Upgrading the plan means? By still using the MQL server?

You can not, ever, use DLLs in the MQL VPS. Get a different VPS that allows it.
