Hello

Few days ago my webterminal stopped working for no reason .

I can only choose Metatrader 4 now ( it used to be MT4/and 5 but now only 4)

It used to log me in automatically, now i need to type the password but wjen i press OK

At the bottom i get this message :

" WebTerminal is not supported by this Metatrader 5 Server "

Something change? what did this and on can i fix it ?

Every broker should have separated link to webterminal (to connect Metatrader to the broker's server) so ask your broker to support.

Now each broker have to have it own web terminal.

Now the new web terminals will be connected only to the trading servers of a specific broker and will not allow connecting to different brokers from the same address. The new web terminal is served on the broker's servers.

This is done for security and legal reasons.

First , thanks for your help

I had been looking for a solution for days now ...

I asked the broker to give me some kind of instruction or script so i could imbed the new webtrader but they told me they could not help me and to contact MetaQuotes .

MetaQuotes refused to help me as they don't know .

Asked my broker to contact MQ to ask them my question but he refused ....

Anyway.I'm trying to find an alternative solution
I received a link to the new webtrader in my account, will it be possible to open the new webtrader in VIEW mode only (impossible to place a trade or close an order)?

The brokers only can provide the link to webterminal to their trading accounts (it is the brokers related situation sorry).
