Maybe you have to disable both and use custom graphics like OBJ_LABEL on chart.
Yeah, actually, that's not a bad idea, but then I'd be faced with an indicator with no shortname, unless you can set the short name and still prevent it from showing up on the chart, which (given the Catch-22 I'm already trying to find a way out of) is unlikely. But I'm all ears!
