Withdrawal problem

Hello, this is my first time trying to withdraw money from my mql5 balance. I tried with the phone number and telegram, to get a code, but I didn't get the code on the phone, and I got it only on telegram, but it says that it is not valid, and now it has been blocked for 24 hours until the next attempt. Have you come across it and maybe you have observations? Thanks
