Unable to place orders normally following the signal source

I paid for a subscription to signals in the MQL5 signal source. Why can't I place an order normally based on the signal source? Can any friend help analyze it and see where the problem is with the settings?

if you are asking about how to place the order manualy on your trading account which is subscribed to trading signal so it is normally possible but it is not recommended to trade on same trading account with the trading subscription sorry.

If some trades are missing on your side (if signal provider is placing the orders but those orders are not copied for you) so it may be related to the mapping as well. Read this thread https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/442553 and this summary post #1 for all the details.
