Market - Payment processing issue

I have installed MT5 on a server in AWS and have tried to acquire an EA from the Market. 

When processing the payment then payment processing just spins, no payment taken.


The server is allowed to process HTTPS and Admins are allowed internet access.


If I cant get the Market payment to work on the server then where can I get a download of the EA to drop into MT5 justlike the MT$ EA’s? This intergrated Market is a pain. A doenload file would be a lot simpler.


EA I am looking for is <...> (which performed fantastically in the back testing)

It works on the following way (at least for many users of the forum):
deposit the fund in your forum account/profile, and after that - pay directly from Metatrader from your MQL5 forum profile.
