I paid for VPS but it does not work

I bought a Vhost and it does not work.  It does not run the ex5 file, and this has been reported by several people I know, with the same problem.  At the moment I cannot use the service. In any case the error is on the server side. Check and fix please.  VHOST data :

After moving subscription to another account, you need to migrate to virtual hosting again.

Is there no email address where you can report legitimate problems to MetaQuotes ?

I am writing about MQL VPS service.  I have been using dozens of MQL VPS services for more than 7 years.   I can use it , the last paid mql vps does not work , the ex5 file and setup is exactly the same as the other (other) mql vhosts .  In the terminal and Expert log file it says that the MQL5 New York NY4 31: 6559371 lesem is running the OnTick() function.
