Can anoyone tell me how all this EA's test get the historical data since 2015, with every tick based on real ticks model?

that would depend on the broker. I know that mine has data from that far back but only for some pairs.

Im using IC Markets, and I'm trying to get the data for the USTEC (Nasdaq)

Which one are you using?

I am sure that i remember a few threads on this site discussing Nasdaq data, and it came from websites such as Yahoo and bloomberg. I am sure that you download the csv or json data and then import it into mt5.
