I've been using  MetaQuotes' indicators as parts of EAs that were till now for personal use. Now I'm considering offering one of my EAs (which for example uses the MetaQuotes' ADX indicator) commercially. Do I need MetaQuotes' consent for this purpose?

No, you don't. They are provided with the platform. Anyone who wants to use your product has to download MT for that, it comes with it's own license.

And anyways, I would say, they are common knowledge, so not protectable, like the letter "R"
