change subscription account

Hi, i recently changed my subscription account, but i selected MT4 instead of MT5 and now wont let me change again!!! i selected subscribe and charged me again! 
any help?

The subscription is per MT5 or per MT5 trading account.
We/you can not change the subscription account from MT4 to MT5 (or from MT5 to MT4).

You can only move your signal subscription to another account once a week, so wait.
