VPS problem need help

yes, I made sure to follow all the steps and it's not the first time I've done this. Previously it worked but now I don't know why but it won't work despite the fact that I followed all the steps you showed me. I tried a lot of things, I even tried to buy a new VPS but it had the same problem, afterward I said to myself maybe it's the signal that has a problem so I subscribed to it another signal but it repeats the same problem to me... I don't know if it affects something but every time I go to tools > options > the enable realtime signal subscription part is always unchecked despite the fact that I check the box and make sure it is checked? maybe the problem is at this level or? thanks for your time

hello,
I recenlty subscribed to a signal but the problem is my VPS don't want to recognize my signal or something.
As you can see on the screenshot, the vps is at the top and the signal at the bottom and normally it should be the opposite when it works the signal in the middle and the vps at the bottom. I hope you understand what I'm trying to explain to you and that you can help me, I contacted support but I would like to resolve this first.
