No Option to change VPS Server

Hi Everyonne, why is the change server location missing, the service was excellent before, my vps now is all +70 pings and there is no way to do it like before. please help
 

As I know - there is the limitation about how many times we/you can change the server in a week (once in a day or so ... do not remember now sorry).
By the way, this issue was fixed for one user on the following way:

I didn’t see the option for that so I contacted the service desk and they were able to help me out

You can only change your MQL5 VPS server once a week, so if you've done so recently you will need to wait.
