MT4 bug: EA reloaded on all charts after a crash, even though it was not attached to several charts.
Don Calito: Unexpectedly, MT4 froze, forcing me to end the program process. Upon reopening MT4, all previously opened charts without the EA now had the EA attached.
It froze and you killed it. The state of the charts was not saved, so you got the previous state on restart.
Figure out why the freeze.

Hello everyone,
I encountered a strange issue on MT4. I deleted an expert advisor from the navigator window, noting that the EA was actively running on multiple charts when i did this. After deleting it, I exited the MT4 program.
Launched mt4 again, I checked the expert tab to confirm the EA's deletion. I also verified that the EA was no longer running on any charts. Then I copied an updated version of the same EA into the MT4 expert folder.
I attached the EA to one chart, saved it as a template, and then applied the template to various charts and pairs. Unexpectedly, MT4 froze, forcing me to end the program process. Upon reopening MT4, all previously opened charts without the EA now had the EA attached.
