Look at screenshot (and I did not refresh the page):

And it may be necessary to refresh the page after ... but, anyway - many traders are not using FF calendar (most of the traders who are using Metatrader 5). So, it may be interesting for old trading terminal only (for MT4), and economic calendar was already included to new trading terminal (MT5).

Dear Sergey,

I'm writing you cause i feel desperate about the MT5 integrated calendar, so much issue, i doesn't even know why.

1. The latency before news update is getting crazy, up to more than 5MN. There is even some case where you got "N/D" and have to wait hour before getting the actual value
2. Sometimes you need to close and reopen MT5 in order to get the actual value.

Its driving me crazy, please tell me what wrong, it is normal or its just me ?

Economic News Calendar PROBLEM

There are informational calendars, and there are tradable calendars.
For example, I used forexfactory calendar (ff calendar) to trade news events during the long time (it was many years ago, but the threads with my trades incl public NewsTrader EA were published on the forum with several threads).

I am trying to use this MQL5 calendar as informational calendar with MT5, because this calendar is going to be informational, and the next step - it should be tradable calendar soon or later.

There are some threads with the discussion about it:
