My purchases are not shown on the MT5 platform

How come that my purchases are not shown on MT5 anymore, I never had a problem in the past with this issue. I am logged in in the MQ5 community but still can not update the existing purchases or seeing my purchases. What is the issue?

 

Make sure you are logged into your MQL5 account in MT5 >> Tools >> Options with your pejik login and NOT your email or any other and then check the Journal tab log for any messages or errors.

I checked the Journal Tab and it says "Failed to get list of user products [403]. What does that mean?
