My card logo is always saying invalid image format when I try to upload my EA

Images should meet the following requirements:

• Size: for the card - 200x200 pixels, for the showcase - 140x140 pixels, for the MetaTrader 5 platform - 60х60 pixels
• Format: GIF, PNG, JPG, JPEG
• Images that illustrate money or other valuables in any form are not allowed

i cropped it in photoshop to 200x200 pixels which is equivalent to 3.3333333333333335 inches but still the same problem

This is 847x847 pixels.

You are supposed to scale or crop it down to 200 x 200 pixels in image size dimensions.

Your "cover.jpg" is 847 by 847 pixels, and your "robot2-scaled.jpg" is 2560 x 2560 pixels.

When resizing in Photoshop or any other application, define the size in pixels, not inches.
