Hi, i am newbie for providing signal Copy trader, i will create CT public use Cent account with fee subscribe 40 USD/mounth, why still free subs?

From Rules of Using the Signals Service

Signals based on cent accounts cannot have paid Subscription. Such Signals are available only in the MetaTrader terminal for free. A cent account is defined automatically.
