Started a Challenge, Cannot get Eightcap-Demo Server to show live charts.
Hello all! New here (Obviously) and having some troubles that are getting more and more frustrating.
I have successfully used MT5 through ThinkMarkets before, and it was a seamless experience. Now I am having a hard time getting MT5 to cooperate.
On the Desktop Application - I Cannot get MT5 to show me live charts. I copy and paste the login information from the firm, it allows me to connect the account but it will not show any charting or allow me to select any symbols. (Pictures attached.)
On the Desktop Terminal - I cannot change the server from the MetaQuotes-Demo server to the Eightcap-Demo server, as such I am unable to login to the account from the firm.
On Mobile - Flawlwss, zero issues besides the fact that I refuse to trade on a 6 inch screen.
Please help.
