Of course you can, double check your trading account's credentials, account number, broker/server and password.
If you can't remember them, they are included in the email you've receiver from your broker upon creating of your trading account.
You can also reset/change your trading account's password in your broker's members area.

One of my MT4 account is running EA and the account is hosted by MQL5 VPS.
I would like to create a signal on MQL5 but the credentials (broker server + account# + investor password) doesn't seem to work. I have this message " Authorization failed. Please check trading account data."
Do you know how can I create a signal from an MT4 account using a VPS?
