Cannot load EA error

Hi there, 

I encountered below error, my EA can't load or be used.

2023.11.11 22:41:53.426 cannot load 'C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\B8436F3574D3ACEB6E3E4DD147B9416D\MQL4\Experts\Market\EA Thomas PRO.ex4'

I have been using this for 3 weeks or more. Other EA from same author has no problem except for this one.

Contacted EA's support. They confirmed it is MQL5 related issue as the rest of the EA user has no issue.

Please help!

Hi there,

still didnt fix the issue.

I had to install another EA and waste another EA license.

Right after I restarted the VPS, it happened again. 

I dont have unlimited license to keep doing this every time I restart my VPS.

Can anyone help me please?

Hello,

The "cannot load" problem is often caused by users copying EA files (.ex4, .ex5 files) between devices, or because the device has had its hardware changed.

If your VPS frequently changes hardware information after each boot, it will also cause EA to lose its license and a "cannot load" error occurs.

I think you should change VPS provider.

In addition, you will not be deducted for activation if you use VPS service from mql5.
