what do you do when trading is disabled due to account changes?

 
I wanted to change AI's so after changing expert advisors I received a remark failed Trade is disabled and the new AI doesn't work. what can I do to change this?

Seems like that it is disabled by the broker. However, please show the exact output in the log to verify the issue.
