MT4 on MacOS can't right click on Navigator / Indicators

I've installed MetaTrader4 on my MacOS. But I'm failing to, right-click with menu, install custom indicators.

In MT4 go to i. the Navigator then > ii. Indicators list.

Left-clicking doesn't pop up a menu. And that means that I can't install any custom indicators in my MacOS installation.

I did see this issue in the MQL5 Forums. Back in 2022.12.22, but without any resolution.

Right Clicking Doesnt work (MAC)

Has anyone come across a resolution for this issue?
