mql5 vps fail to migrate...does anybody know why it fail?

Check the MQL5 VPS (right click) >> Journal for details.

If your EA requires dll calls, it can't be migrated and used in MQL5 VPS.

It just say failed to get terminal logs (failed to connect to server 'MQL5 Singapore 03'

I got the EA installed in my chart. And the vps icon still in loading processing like last week. Its loading more then 24hours and vps icon showing loading process...so i just cancel my subscription and resubscribe..same thing happen until my acc has been block. The just been lifted up...so i can subscribe again. Vps icon showing loading process..i dont know until when..the first time i got this its loading 24hours and i check again still loading..i dont know the vps is loading..

And we are trying to tell you can also try to move to another MQL5 VP server (Change Server) here and try to migrate again, after you restart your terminal.
