Custom Indicators DPO and DMI

Hi all, is there anyone who has created custom indicators like: Detrended Price Oscillator (DPO) and Directional Movement Index (DMI)?
I really like MT4 but it has very few indicators/oscillators, maybe somewhere in the net there is a collection of customised items?
Unfortunately i'm not a programmer so I wouldn't be able to create anything by myself.
