Is it possible that an ex4 file be harmful or a virus

Hello everybody,

I hope you are doing great.

***Dear admins, please check this message. I really need your attention.***

Recently I received an Indicator and a template.
When I attached the indicator on my chart, the Windows Defender alerts for a treat.

I double checked and re attached the indicator and again Windows Defender alerts again.

Do you have any idea!?

The files are attached.
***Please do not run them if you are not sure if an ex4 file can be harmful or not.***

I really need experts advice.

A template is irrelevant.

We can do nothing with ex4s.

Disable the use of DLLs. Never enable their use unless you know the ex4 is safe.

If WD doesn't alert after adding it to a chart, you know the EA is trying to access things outside the sandbox.

Thank you for your answer.
The indicator has not any dependencies. So it.should not include any dll file.
