Does anyone know how i can use the MQL5 Cloud Network available agents while running optimization backtests instead of only using my computer's core agents?

Yes! Read the documentation about it:

• Distributed Computing in the MQL5 Cloud Network
  

Please note however, that single back-tests (not optimisations), always run locally.
