It would be helpful, if you could actually provide some more details. - WHere are you trying to upload the EA, what is the error message you receive?

And, if you dont want to wait for a reply, try a search, it has probably been answered here on the forum before already.

Where market, codebase? Everywhere there in the top right corner is the button to start the procedure.
