MetaTrading 5 Agent NOT connecting to the cloud

I have 5 computers and in 2 of them the tranding agents are not connecting to the cloud. I saw that agent manager was running an old version of Manager, I just donwloaded the manager from the mql5.com and reinstalled, but the version is installing is 3808, is there any way to force to update or to download the last version of the manager? I guess this is the reason is not connecting to the cloud.

You can try updating the MetaTrader 4 (MT4) manually by following these steps:

  1. Go to your broker’s website and re-download your MT4.
  2. Replace the platform with a new one.
  3. Press right-click on the MT4 desktop icon and click “Run as administrator.”
  4. When you reopen the MetaTrader platform, automatic Live updates will start1.
