MT5 on Mac not loading any data

I have MT5 working fine on iphone and ipad but will not load any data on Mac. Have logged into account. Please advise!!

You haven't logged into your trading account yet, check the 0/0kb part on the bottom right corner of your terminal.

Also open the View >> Toolbox window to check the Journal tab for any messages, like invalid account.

Double check your trading account credentials.
