Hello,

I want to add an account in mt5. I already have my broker credentials to be able to add it to mt5, however, the application is as if that broker does not exist because I put the name and it does not search for anything, therefore I cannot add. IT ONLY ALLOWS ME TO ADD A METAQUOTES DEMO ACCOUNT!!!

I have an iphone 14PROMAX, I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but I'm desperate.

I hope I have a solution!!

It also happens to me, I grabbed a Samsung yesterday and now I haven't been able to log into my account. No broker appears on the list. It kind of stays 'loading' and nothing :(
 
It was a temporary issue today at GMT night and it was fixed by today morning.
