Unable to register VPS

Hi peeps,

Since last week I'm trying to register for the MT VPS, but to no avail so far. The pop-up window for payment options keeps on spinning (screenshot).

Any ideas or former experiences are welcome :)

Seems, the payment options are not appeared to select.
I had similar case with new computer because I did not install Internet Explorer the latest version (but it was slong time ago).
It is the bug in your computer or in your Windows.

Thanks for the info Sergey. I'm on a mac but I'll have a look for out-of-date web dll's. At least I got something to work with. Thx again!
