Why cent signal with USC currency always be free for copying?

My cent signal with USC currency always be free for copying although I had set to copy with money when creating the signal. How to change it to be non-free?

Cent/micro accounts are considered demo accounts and cannot be paid signals.

This is because the signal provider risks a very small amount of money, giving the impression to potential subscribers that he is risking much more.

Use a standard account if you want to publish it as a paid signal.

It shouldn't have been, it has tricked the system with this AUC currency.
