HI every one I am new here and have some questions, I want to offer job for freelancers and I want to know 2 things

1 Can I offer hourly jobs here like fiver or upwork??
2 If I I want to give my freelancer a bonus for his job is there an option to add bonus when I rate his job?

ok thanks, but I read the rules and there is nothing about hourly jobs and bonuses that is why i asked here, can you tell me if i can offer hourly jobs and give bonuses if i like the freelancers job.

This service is project based not time based.
 
when you answer the above question please also include the answer of what is the minimum payment i can hire freelancer here , on fiver it is $5 so what is the amount here. please don't tell me to look the rules article , i did not get the answer there that is why i am asking it here.

The minimum is $30.

10% is paid in commission irrespective of the project outcome.

There are no bonuses. Once the price is settle and the project requirements are accepted, the price can no longer changed.

If there is a problem, arbitration can be requested.

Please read the rules more attentively.

Also, you need to register as a seller to offer your coding services.
