Purchased product not visible in Market section of Navigator

I have recently purchased a product from the marketplace but despite many attempts to download onto the MT4 platform it does not appear under the "Market" section in Navigator even though I have received a confirmation that I have "successfully activated" it. The "Market" section seems to stop at the letter "P" and as the new product begins with an "S" it may be something to do with the limited visibility of all the indicators under "Market". I have just tried downloading a product beginning with "T" and that fauls to show up also.
I have been to C:/Users/{user name}/AppData/Roaming/MetaQuotes/Terminal/Community and deleted all files in there, rebooted MT4 and tried to reinstall the product without success.
Any ideas to resolve?
