MQL5 Cloud network not working

The "Use MQL5 CLoud network" is unable

My balance is at $10

Once click start the Cloud network agents' status are Read then change to not used while the test still running

Does anyone has a solution for this? thank you!

Please post the Journal log file.
 
Having same issue, 20$, turned on cloud network, it says "ready" but no tasks are running.
