Why the signals service I purchased is different from the signals sender?

I am receiving different signals from the sender's trade records. May i know why did this happen? What should i fix?

Due to the latency of the connection and your broker's slippage - you can fix it (maybe a bit) by changing your broker

Is it able to fix with VPS?

Maybe , but a vps is only one part ..
